Complete the circuit 2 times:

50 jumping jacks

25 push-ups

25 burpees

50 high-knees

25 sit-up

25 leg raises (each leg)

50-second plank

25 jump lunges

25 tuck jumps or calf-raises 

50 mountain climbers

Run parking lot down and back


Cooldown: 5 min weighted walk, stretch
