Never miss a monday Five strong tonight. Traverse, Ginger Spice and Hot Wheels sweated it out with me while I flipped through the notebook to chose our five minutes of AMRAP work. The last 4 minutes was abs. (crunches, big girl situps, and heals to heaven. Great job ladies!! Encouraging words were to just keep going.
