Warm-up:
Stretch & two down and backs.
The thing: Do the exercise in ladder format. For example, the first time do 10 JJ, the second time do 10 JJ and then 9 JS.
10 jumping jacks
9 jump squats
8 walking lunges
7 tricep-dips
6 squats
5 mountain climbers
4 crunches
3 push-up
2 burpees
1 minute plank

We ended a few minutes early due to the rain that came out of nowhere. We were soaked!
Time:
- 30 min workout
- 7 min stretch
- called it at 6:37 due to rain picking up.
