Stretch/Warm-up

Arm circles, good mornings, over the fence (backward and forward), calf raises.

The Thing: 50 sec on - 20-sec rest. 4-5 rounds. Exercise needs to be controlled. 

  1. High knee L weight


  1. Kneed around your head to the opposite side 


  1. Side, front, side twist.

  1. Sitting with legs bent -. Go to the top, to the left, top, right. Rows?



  1. Kneed around the waist.  


  1. Left knee, side twist, and raise.

  2. Right knee, side twist, and raise.
