Q: Murph


Pax: Bad Wolf, 2.0 Kettle Bell, FNG Ultra *RESPECT, Thriller, Ginger Spice *RESPECT, Clutch, 2.0 Ninja, FNG Happy Baby, 2.0 Assistant, and your Q Murph.


The thing:

  • Run/walk/ruck the loop as a warm-up. Next, hold each stretch for 30 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds. After each grouping of stretching, complete 30 seconds of one of the following cardio exercises:

  • Jumping Jacks

  • Burpies

  • Touch jumps


Hamstring Stretches

  • Active Hamstring

  • Hurdler

  • Foward Fold

  • Standing Single-Leg

  • Seated Forward Bend

Glute Stretches

  • Seated Twist

  • Seated Leg Cradle

  • Figure Four

  • Supine Cow Face

  • Pigeon


Low Back and Glute Stretches

  • Knee Hug

  • Lying Twist


Quad Stretches

  • Side-lying Quad

  • Standing Quad

  • Kneeling Quad
